Dear Mr. Chaudhuri,

Hope every book Launch is going on very well with the money you earned from the pocket of Students of IIPM and your Employees, to whom your company “Planman” is failing to pay even their basic salaries on time!!!

You might not be wondered and worried of this anonymous letter, as you might receive some of them everyday. But you should wonder, why I, a student of in your college currently studying in  Winter 2011-2013 batch and that too in DELHI Campus, wrote this letter to you on this Facebook page, well your tagline is “Dare to Think beyond IIM” I request you to Dare to read this letter beyond this point.
Because beyond this point, I am writing something which is very true about your college, and due to which your students and employees are suffering.

But why and how you will be worried, because you don’t have time to think about this Shitty matter, because you are not getting time from your funny pony tail and Launching books, which you WRITE, you PUBLISH, you BUY and then DISTRIBUTE in college and call it “best seller of the year”. Wonderful to know, right? Still, please a request “DARE” a bit more to read beyond!!! A few more realities which I want to enlighten before closing this letter. I am not writing it because I hate you and IIPM, rather I am writing it because I love IIPM and what I have learned from here.

I want you to know the flaws in your college, which you might know or you might not, but I want to bring it into your kind notice. But before going to flaws let me tell you the two best part of your college, which I have loved the most and respected the most so far.

1) Faculties of your college (except a few of Ex-comm, a subject which you claim to be your USP)
2) Your course content (no doubt, it is the best when I Compared it to any of the B-school, Even IIM-A)

Except these Two, Everything in your College Sucks, I pardon my language, but everything else really sucks.

Sir, I would love to tell you, that faculties which you provided to us in Delhi batch are the best faculties which we could ever have, Except your EX-COMM faculties, who actually did not taught us anything!!! and Eg. Of Such faculties are: Jazveen Matharu, Riashree Mukherjee, Anuradha etc.
Well, in the starting, when Prashanto sir was appointed to us, administration of college said he did not have time so Rohit Manchanda sir will take our Ex-comm, and when we got to know, that he too did not had time. So Instead of appointing some good faculty like Shoib sir, Vivek sir, Surya jena sir, your administration appointed JAZVEEN MATHARU, RIASHREE MUKHERJEE. Sir, truly speaking, neither they were strict, nor they were a teacher, they just passed their time with our batch and they did not taught us anything except making “paper tower”. You won’t believe, people from WA-2 section has more ex-comm skills then us, All thanks to Suryakant jena Sir.

Well this was about worst faculties of your college, now let me tell you about the best faculty your institute provided us, and please let me thank you for that. Best faculty your institute gave me are:

7)Ramakar jha
8)Rahul Bhatia
9)Aman Chugh

Well, now this list is very long to write here, so I kept it short, I hope you won’t mind it.

And now I should enlighten the biggest flaws of your college, which are making your college worst.

There is no coordination between the different departments of your college, due to which students are suffering. First of all, kindly ask your admission counsellors to maintain some dignity of your college, those idiots are giving admission to every ass-hole who approaches them with a bag of cash. And these ass-holes don’t even want to study, and came here to chill out by eyeing on your hot-shot planman girls, or girls of other batches.  And students of these kind don’t even know how to speak properly, they just have the money and cars to flaunt and roam. And when they don’t attend classes, these “son of bitches” gives some cash by taking few subscriptions of your IIPM think tank magazines, and their attendance reaches to 85%, which even their dad and granddad can never achieved. Due to students like these your IIPM is losing image in Public.

And above all, you don’t give salaries to your employees on time and you teach management which says you should keep your employees happy so that they can work happily in your organisation.

The story don’t end here, even your GOTA program, which you claim is the best, no issues, it is best because I enquired from my seniors and from my classmates who experienced it in USA.
Your prospects say the GOTA of US and EUROPE will be of 15 days STAY, then how come US batch returned in 12 days. 1 day of Flying, 1 day of return, total time spent was 10 days in US. Sir you need to check your GOTA department they are enjoying their “cuts” by making it a tour and travel trip rather than an education trip. And right now they are not sure about the EUROPE GOTA of PGP-B. They already “MUGGED” U.S.A students, now they are thinking to mug Europe Students.
The Story of GOTA don’t ends here, your employees made very serious mistakes in the US Visa form of students, and then never bothered it to check.
For Eg. A Student of Executive batch who submitted an Indian passport, his nationality was typed as ICELAND in visa form. Another eg. Is from our batch, his birth date was written wrong in visa form, but co-incidentally he got 10 year visa. But sad part is when he got to know about this error, he was at airport and was about to check-in , but the Airline staff did not allow him to fly as he had error in his VISA, now you can imagine his condition, that what he would have felt. And yes, you must be thinking why that guy did not checked this error, well truth is, your very well esteemed staff gave him his passport on the day when they were about to fly means on 21^st October, and they had tickets of 22^nd October at 5 AM, now he did not had time because he had to convert his INR into $$ which he cannot without his passport and visa on it. I think it was the duty of your employees who were responsible to take care of U.S GOTA to check it first, i.e Parlee Gogoi, and she had time to check it, but she never did, because she did not had time from FACEBOOKING. She updated it on FACEBOOK that Sonal Chatterjee got 10 year visa, but she did not checked, that his D.O.B was wrong.

Anyways this is nothing.  When it comes to your SMG department, administration, and examination department. Please dare more to read, when you have already came this far, thank you for your patience and time to read it.

Your administration department, never keeps a constant pace of study, in the starting of a trimester, they never plan something. And keeps schedule like:  one class a day or two classes a day, but when the sword of trimester exams hangs on their heads, they start keeping classes like:
TQM-5 hours a day, MR-3 hours a day for 3 days.
Now sir, I want to ask them a question, can you yourself study like this. And with the subjects, where you need to understand the concepts properly...else you will be Fuc**d up
This is still not done, allow me to bring one classic accident which happened with few friends of mine, who attended the NUS programme in International marketing and missed their 3^rd tri-sem exams.

A Student known as Rajiv was in constant touch with a person whose name is Anoop, and sits in administration in staffroom. First of all Anoop is born Idiot. Who does not know, why he was even born. Well my friends were in constant touch with him about their 3^rd tri-sem exams, and he used to say, we will inform you when the exams will happen, my friends were even checking IIPM.INFO for exams date-sheet, but just a day before exams, your examination department uploaded the schedule of exams and when students approached them for postponing it, so that they can get some time to prepare, your examination department said. We uploaded it 10 days ago. It was your mistake that you failed to see!!! And when the students said, we were in constant touch with Anoop sir, and he said exams will happen after 2-3 weeks, then how come all of a sudden you can keep exams?, examination department said: “ANOOP KNEW ABOUT IT”, and when Anoop was called for confrontation, he was not able to speak.

Now tell me, when messes like these will happen, how can you think your current students will bring you more students!!!

Now let me come to your SMG department, they are not ready to tell us, when our placements will start and what kind of company will come, and what was the last highest and lowest package. Now tell me, is this information is some kind of confidential, that if we will get to know, who got the best package, and what is the number. Your SMG department hides as if they are RTI and we are asking about Soniya gandhi’s foreign trips.

And let me tell you sir, your faculties are preparing us in subjects which we are studying, but your college has not prepared us for GD and PI, and yes, Don’t misinterpret that we cracked your college’s admission, that means we are done with PI and GD skills, because your college’s Admission process is FUCKED UP, I know it, because I came through it only...

Now please I am giving an end to this letter, because I am tired of with the flaws of your college.  And yes don’t you DARE to think, that these were the only loopholes of your college. There are many more and I can keep writing on it, but I think, now you should figure them out if you think you are a MAN, and a MAN of your words.

You talked very nicely and loudly with big words in the Orientation about your institute. But Unfortunately, you and your institute, failed to Deliver it...
